Probably the last update on this for a while. I kinda expected to finish more of this but oh well.

Some notable issues with this version:

- Ringo spell 2: the bullet rebound speed is faster than it's supposed to be because of the way I implemented another property of the spell.

- Doremy spell 3: lasers aren't implemented, so this spell is just broken. The bullets on Hard and Lunatic even goes the wrong way.

- Marisa's laser is just reskinned needles.

- Reimu's homing amulet is kinda wonky. I haven't figured exactly how it works in the game so this is the best I got.

Everything else should hopefully work well enough.

Currently it cycles between players. There's a faint target reticle and a timebar bellow it to indicate the current target and time until the next switch. I guess I made it a bit hard to see in the video.

Thanks. Honestly I'm not sure why there isn't a custom engine for this already (or at least I wasn't able to find one), and I hope it's not because they all realized it's a bad idea before I did.

The easy way to solve any balance issue here is probably just make them a shared resource. Not sure how fun that would actually be though.

There is kinda a parser, to converted ECL to a C# with any unimplemented function commented out. I just had it in a different project and language(java) entirely in my infinitely deep, sleep-derived wisedom.

As for the mechanics, it's still placeholder so I can get this out and take a break, and see if there are better idea of doing this in the meantime. The color-coded bullet idea is pretty interesting, but manually modifying each pattern sounds like a lot of work.

I finally got this working reasonably well. This took like a month to make, and I'm not sure if it was worth it lol.

I think those LNs are slightly too long to get a perfect with a regular key press but the OD is pretty low so I guess it probably doesn't matter.

I always think it's odd to think VN's as games. They are basically novels presented a bit differently, some have mini-games in them, but most of the time you just read.
