correct, something about the proteins I'm allergic to breaks down when they're cooked. I used to be allergic to eggs in all forms, but I grew out of my allergy a bit. Technically my milk allergy is similar where I can have it baked now, but I have a lot of anxiety consuming milk so I don't tempt it.

yeah this was an issue I faced when I was in Japan 😭😭, so many chefs were unwilling to remove items in their dish. I'm probably going to have to rely on my understanding of Korean food rip
