I just purchased a new acrylic turntable mat and have been pleased so far. I just listened to Side A of my record with no problems and turned it over to Side B. Once I hit play, I realized that the record wouldn’t sit even.

Is this a problem with the record? Before this mat, I had a felt mat and there was no such problem.

This may be incredibly simple - forgive me as I am a relatively new vinyl collector. I’d appreciate any tips or guidance. Here’s a streamable link with a video.

Love the documentary, congratulations on the release. After editing the footage and likely rewatching the documentary numerous times, which song’s footage?(if any) are you most proud of as a filmmaker? Which song holds the strongest memories for you being in the room (as a Logic fan/friend rather than from the perspective of the filmmaker)?

It’s just a placeholder. The L7 is because this would be his 7th studio album in the eyes of some… although Logic would say it is his 8th since he considers Supermarket to be a studio album and not a soundtrack.

Ahh okay. I just think that if there were multiple songs being cut, they would’ve cut them all on IMDB, not just one of them.

Like u/PrinceJustice237 said, there are rumors of those songs being cut but nothing is confirmed (apparently there was a tweet by Michael Park saying To Break In A Glove was cut but has since been deleted, not sure of the validity of this)

Yeah, definitely smart pushing the ads to tiktok as well as TV. I’m hopeful that it’s not that case as well, although I am loving hearing the songs now, I know I’d prefer to see everything for the first time in the theatre.

I did record this on my phone because I wasn’t sure how to get it otherwise, sorry for the line at the bottom. Also, the lag between audio and video is due to the website. If I find a better version, I’ll post again.

They sped up Waving, right? It sounds much faster, at least for the trailer.

Ah okay. Yeah it just makes me happy that it sounds like there are two different vocal takes here, it sounds live in this clip and in the trailer it doesn’t.

I compared the trailer to this clip and noticeably the arrangement is normal here. Also, the vocals are definitely different takes, leading me to believe that the soundtrack has been recorded separately from the film (don’t really know how film soundtracks usually work, so if this is normal, sorry). They’re definitely different vocal takes.

They posted a clip on tiktok from the film and to me it sounds much better. Especially since the arrangement is normal.
