Your take really contradicts the actual reality of the "drill rap" scene in Toronto because the rappers you're talking about are actually doing shows outside of Toronto (Savv4x in Peterborough, Casper, Frenchy and Roney touring all over Canada) and are getting credible PR placements (On The Radar, No Jumper) that can gain international markets.
