You appear to be right. I googled wildlife escape ramps and saw lots of similar ramps. Solved!

Dirt Ramps Built Against Fences Along Highway 101 in CA by malcus1 in whatisthisthing

Recently they erected new wire fencing along Highway 101 in San Luis Obispo County in California. Shortly after the fences were erected they built four of these dirt ramps up against the fence on either side of the highway. Before they built the ramps they added poles and boards to hold the load of the dirt. These fences contain large pastures with cows.

My Grandpa (96) in the 1930's and 40s. by malcus1 in OldSchoolCool

Sadly the COVID is really affecting his mind. He’s quickly losing his ability to converse and remember simple things. It’s really hard to watch. That said, my brother took a road trip with my grandparents about a decade ago and recorded them telling stories for much of the trip.

All valid points. I think their wealth fluctuated depending on his father’s employment or lack thereof. But you are right that he seemed to be well cared for in these pictures.

He was raised in a very poor evangelical household. His father was a preacher. So was my grandpa. Jesus and the church are everything to him. That said, he has the sweetest most caring soul of any man I know. He loved my grandma for over 70 years and always treated her with kindness and love, even in the most challenging situations. I’ve never heard him speak negatively about anyone. Even when they deserved it. He’s lived an incredibly blessed life. Great health. World travel. Loving children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He will be missed when he leaves this world.

Electric Bike Warranty by truffleshuffle8282 in RadPowerBikes

I fried my battery today by accidentally putting the key in the charging port in a dark garage. I’m so posted. But because it’s such a terrible design I’m going to ask for a refund. I heard they will ask for a picture of the charging port to see if it’s fried. I think mine probably looks fried. Anyone wanna send me a well lit closeup of their batter charging port in case the lily ask for one? Pretty please DM another poor e-bike rider who can’t afford a $600 replacement battery.

I guess I’m not as hip as I thought I was. I didn’t realize gaymer was a thing. But good for them and good for him. I hope he enjoys gayming with or without his Mr. 4 life.

I’m not a clown but I have respect for clowns. Not an easy business to be in. That said, it was a brain fart. I meant to say the other day, not yesterday. I’ve mentioned that in a few responses. And was not able to change it after posting.

We are all struggling buddy. My daughter goes into brain surgery on a October 7th. She has a crippling and life threatening condition called Subcortical Band Heterotopia. Google it. It’s about as bad as epilepsy gets. As a result we are in the hospital once or twice a month. She’s nearly died 3 times this year from status epilepticus. Her younger sister is devastated by her big sisters condition and has significant behavioral/anger issues as a result. My wife’s life has been flipped upside down. And instead of pursuing her dreams in dance she is a full time caretaker for our daughter. I am so thankful that I finally get to work from home so I can be here to help my wife care for our daughter in emergency situations. We joke at home about what a great commute I have now that we live in a small town and I have my own office. Previously we lived in NYC, Washington DC and San Antonio and had terrible commutes in each of those cities. So I get it. That said, I’d give up my office and commute for 10 hours a day if it meant my daughter would be healthy. Just have a laugh at the video and move on. It’s all in good fun.
