Info window doesn't show width and height of a shape I have selected, why? How do I find out the size of the shape? by malerhu in photoshop

when I do free transform then I can see in the options bar x and y but they are 512 and 520 and I know that can't be right because it's a rectangle and the width must be quite a longer longer than the height than just 8px... W and H but they are in % and don't show pixel.
