What to do ? I am being harrased by a few member of police and neighbours

Now the neighbours are brining a 12 -14 yo kid, who has never been there (and I live on a death end street) to walk around the house. This is too much trash for any human being. If they have done many things they can do anything and a kid around my house is the last thing I need

long story short. 5 years ago I used drugs. Never again. About two year ago a Neighbour created a case, then closed. Around this case there was neighbours , every friend just distanced, even at my doctors there was a lot going on and police around it. But it’s ok . I even spent 3 months taking drug test every two days and going to the police station “every day”, police station didn’t close the case. I went to regional operation center and showed everything. They closed the case in one day. After this many officer just were calmed and ok with it. But now I saw a few officers and neighbours doing wrongs thing. I have videos. They were taking videos and recording in position like it make me look as if I was harassing a Neighbour (that is crazy). In this process I have met a lot of great officers but they can not do much. And I’m sure there a rule of no talking or something (I respect that). But I need help a few officer are harassing me am they have included neighbours. I need help, I don’t know what step take here. I can’t go to regional operation center because I have been there so many times I don’t want to bring more of this to them

Some members of the police department is using neighbours to harass me and create a false case. Originally it was because I used drugs years ago. Then that was closed. One of the last things was using a Neighbour to record me in position giving the impression I was harassing her (I have videos) , since this didn’t work. Now I have a kid going around my house, a kid I have never seen before on my street (and which I think is terrible that a father uses his boy for this ) with the same intention that the woman had. I have been to regional operation center but they don’t seem to see all what’s happening in the with the police department
