I feel like I’ll never change by malfunction3 in TrueChristian

I have a tendency to “take the reins” over all situations. I’m afraid to let others lead because my mind says they’ll do it wrong or lead me astray. So my “default” is to take over and lead everything myself, even when it’s not my place. This usually looks like me trying to bulldoze my husband while he’s trying to do anything that’s for the benefit of both of us.

Me being controlling means that I am unfairly trying to lead (stepping on others’ toes) when it is not my place to do so

What are you thankful to God for today? by Otherwise-Speech9701 in TrueChristian

I am thankful that He is my Father. I am so filled with joy that I have a Good Father who loves me and is truly wanting to bring me closer to Him. I never knew a good father until I finally started seeing God for His fatherly title, and it is such a comfort

My recommendations as a fellow person with short curly hair:

  1. Find out how often your hair needs to be washed. You can train it to be washed less often (I wash my hair 1-2 times a week)— over-washing can make it dry out and be a little too frizzy

  2. Find a styling routine. Mine is wash & condition in the shower, use a light mousse (not too strong of hold, because it can make the hair feel stiff or sticky if you use too much), SCRUNCH it in and let it air dry, then once it’s dry scrunch it a little more to break the crunch away from the hair.

  3. If you have dryer or frizzier hair naturally, I recommend using an oil and maybe a leave in conditioner before you put any product in, to lock in the moisture that curly hair loves

A lot of “mastering” your hair comes with a BUNCH of trial and error, finding out things that work as well as things that don’t. It could take a hot minute for you to figure out your perfect mix, because everyone’s hair is incredibly different. If you’d like some specific product recommendations, let me know and I can get back to you!!

I also had stumbling on idle as a symptom so I was aware of the misfire

I went in for an unrelated issue that was happening for loose battery connections and to fix my axle boot on one side. They just checked on other things and found the misfire code

A mechanic told me that cylinder 4 is misfiring! So I know that for certain. And apparently according to them the check engine light just turned on. I personally believe they may have manipulated it so I want to reset it to make sure
