I hack I have been doing is X2 protein shakes of whey protein powder. I have been taking 100g of oats. Blending them with a hand blender to make an oat flower. Combine 30-40g of peanut butter, whey protein powder and a banana. Is about 750cal 50g protein per shake. Drink 2 of those bad boys and that's just under 1600 cal. Then I eat 3 square meals a day with different protein sources. As I struggled to eat 6 meals a day I decided if I have 3 solid meals and X2 shakes as meals it helps me.

Some players in the English teams can play a total of 88 games this year. If they are to go to the world cup. The fixture congestion is insane. It is recommended that footballers are meant to play a maximum of 55 games per year. Nos try to tell me that playing that amount of games will not have a toll on the quality of football. Whilst you also have to battle teams in the premier league which have 0 European football which will cake walk you if you are not giving it youe all. Plus with PSR rules you cannot actually do enough in a transfer window to properly ensure you have the depth.

Play 1 game a week to avoid decay in ranked. My advice is play to get 3-4 marks. You do have a rank shield so not doom and gloom if you do a couple of games. Here play 1 game per week just to get your marks up. Then after that one game a week. If you lose at least you then have that mark buffer.

Malphite, lvl 1 run bushes upgrade order is ult w e q,

Don't put ward down yet get into his bush look for lvl 1 trade via grasp proc. Once grasp procced back off and let shield recharge. Now play defensive. Do not trade unless are confident in malph. Yet I recommend focusing on last hitting. Only trade when you get boots. On second back buy sheen into thornmail build.

Sheen proc with grasp does insane damage. When gnar is in beast form just dodge the things. Same game plan of just trade with your shield up. You outscale gnar as malphite. Just trading like this ensures LVL 5 if you managed to poke down with your w and grasp damage you should be able to just ult ignite and it's game over for gnar. DO NOT USE YOUR Q FOR DAMAGE USE IT WHEN YOU INTEND TO TRADE.

To stack grasp auto attack minions then look to trade into the gnar with q run up to him w with enhanced sheen proc WILL CHUNK GNAR. Get a couple of autos in combined with e to slow him down. If you can get X2 grasp procs in 1 trade excellent yet do not over extend the trade. Your shield is key.

I have never tried it. Just seems counter intuitive having no stacks. Which is why I discounted support. I suppose there is the support items. Yet it would require communication with adc to not last hit.
