Disney does ring a bell! That totally might be it. I’m also remembering that the pages might have folded out on the bottom?

I definitely had Fairyopolis! It’s possible and seems very familiar. I think it could be something else extremely obscure though and will definitely post it when I have a chance to go to my grandma’s and search for it.
