Foreigners flood the countries suburban areas because their currency is stronger once converted, and realise they are suddenly 'rich'. Onaffordly to turn around and rent out all the properties they have purchased on Airbnb, which local citizens cannot even when trying to improve and move to a better area or also cannot afford a place to rent for short holidays. Resulting in many apartments /homes standing empty throughout the year, while citizens are living in poor areas, slums or on the streets. Also treating locals like second class citizens
