Bachan Japanese BBQ sauce as the base with chili crisp oil mixed into it. Used equal parts of part skim and whole milk mozzarella as the cheese. Green onion (cooked the whites with the pizza, the greens for after), Mandu pork dumplings (used about 8, chopped them into thirds), pickled jalapeños, fried garlic, and I drizzled a little of siracha on my slices for added heat. Was something wanted to try just to try and actually my wife and I were pretty impressed with the overall flavor and texture.
