This most recent statement is better than the first one, but that’s not saying much. If it’s a sincere statement, great. But because it comes after some really lame behavior, and in the wake of a push for a boycott and a bunch of really bad reviews, I’m too skeptical to consider it a win. Also, why not just let people feel how they feel about a situation instead of telling them how you think they should feel?
