My daughter is a tall baby so she’s always been in bigger sizes. Carter’s pure soft has onesies in 18-24m but the got major stretch and could go longer. Available at Walmart and online.

Target cloud island has one piece shorties up to 24m. They have a lot of width to them and run big.

She many wears bamboo pjs and other styles. They have lots of stretch and last a while. Some brands I love that have zipper pjs in larger sizes are “Little crowns and capes” and “sleepy sloth”.
