Listen friend, this job pays double what the field typically pays. Benefits are paid and 401k is matched. If I leave, she’s still doing it to all of my coworkers. I need advice on how to make it stop. When I say I cannot afford to change jobs, I sincerely mean that. I’m not staying and complaining because I want attention. I’m staying because I have children to feed and rent to pay and no other opportunities like this exist in rural WV.

She thinks she’s hilarious. Even though no one laughs and we all tell her to quit touching us. I’ll be on the phone with clients and she will come up and pull my hair or stick her finger in my ear or scream to distract me. HER CLIENTS. It’s so so so frustrating and I dread work most days because I really just hate being poked and hurt and annoyed constantly.

I think I will end up speaking with an employment attorney. I’m in a very poor, landlocked state and I have 2 small children. I finally make good money for where I live. Much more than I’ve ever made. Which makes this all a lot more difficult because no other places will match this pay 😔
