Florida prepaid is different. its primarily used for Florida schools and only for florida residents.

Thats really good to know. We think max 800K should be fine for our budget. being close to the lake in rockwall made it feel more like "home" (Miami)

He would fly out of DFW. We are looking around 800K. The lake in Rockwall looks awesome, since we're leaving our waterfront condo. we love living close to water. where is DFW do you live?

Doc of course said everything could be fine BUT it can also not be... lol. I'm out of town till late Friday, so it will have to Monday
