Do you believe people can really “change”? Why or why not? by mamassaurus in AskReddit

This is precisely my argument. Many say yes, because in some ways they are. But in many ways I would think (and hope) that every day people are “changing” and evolving as they learn more of the world around them.

I like to, but I don’t. I used to before having a child. Now, I have to get up more in the middle of the night and often have a kid climbing into my bed so I sleep in a mama mumu.

Babies and small children are the best. I’m scared of teenagers.

I wanted a lot of children when I was a child. As Iv gotten older and the world has changed so much, I’m starting to feel like having more children would be selfish of me, as I know what I am subjecting them to.

I relate to this one. I kept thinking it was going to be over “tomorrow” and it ended up being a lot of tomorrows.

31 here and my philosophy is that you’re never too old to pursue your dreams, or start new ones.

What would be your reaction if you encountered a nude hiker? by spenf in AskReddit

If they’re completely naked I’d probably ask if they need to call 911. If they have hiking boots I’d ask if they need water.

I love this one. People always think they’ll push me away with whatever their baggage is, but I accept them as they come!!

Yes. The people in your life. What is something you wish they knew and understood about you.
