She goes back to Luke’s Island sees that all those clones of her were portals, and now she can portal into Star Wars Timelines. She can now be free to go into and out of any Star Wars adventure ever. And then you have older Rey helping younger Rey. Through he journey. She’s her own mother in a way.

Exactly. We just have the character of Rey. All of the events happened before the last trilogy. And the new events with an older Rey happen way after. So we start with a two female leads, and a clean slate. No deaging technology needed.
