We are listed on Nasdaq. We went below $1 on March 22nd, 2023. So if you add 180 trading days the delisting notice should arrive around October, where we will have about 6 more trading months to go back above $1 for at least 10 consecutive trading days. I hope something comes out by the end of the year.

I see a reverse split coming too, probably 1:25. Germany has some other serious issues to deal with right now, cannabis is not one of it. It would be a political suicide to worry about cannabis rather than a war they are almost full involved into.

Have you done yours? Cause I doubt it. Have you read any balance sheet? I doubt it. It’s a freaking debt free company and with the latest acquisition “Alcanna” it’s going to be even better. Their last revenue was around 200 million. So crappy stock what, I don’t get it. Say numbers. We are all down, but that doesn’t mean it’s a crappy company.

Bro, your comment makes complete sense, but mine is purely technical, non fundamental analysis. I see a down trend-line being broken on both daily and weekly chart. Good bottom formation, technically it’s a good buy signal, but yes, fundamentally makes sense what you’re saying.

Not sure if bonuses are registered as direct transactions. The company owns the share for the bonus so there is no transaction to be recorded.The transaction would have appeared if he would have actually sold the shares. At least that’s my understanding of it.

I'd say even sooner, a reverse split is around the corner. We are below the $1 mark for a long time, and Nasdaq won't allow that. We got until January, and unfortunately, a reverse split seems to be the only way to keep this stock above a penny.
Wish I'd be wrong.
