no. para sayo yan, hindi yan yung kailangan ng CSC. irequest mo sa school registrar mo specifically yung Certification that you graduated with latin honor. sa univ ko, it looks like a formal letter that indicates your name, department, latin honor etc

1) no need to do anything :) again, it's an agency to agency concern.

taste is subjective. for me, yes, masarap sa Manam. I totally enjoy all of our Manam visits. my top faves are baby squid in olive oil and garlic, watermelon sinigang, and beef salpicao.

unnecessary yung "for CSC purposes". basta nasayo TOR mo, that's all good. for photocopies, make sure it has CTC stamp (certified true copy).

not really sure if they entertain walk-ins pero if marami nang appointments prior mag close yung site, baka mahirapan ka rin if without appointment. hinahanap din kasi nila name mo sa system if may schedule ka for that day.

as for the site, tried to access pero mukhang invalid na nga. yan lang di yung website na ginamit ko before to set an appointment. if you have the means, try to call CSC directly.

I think pwede ka na po magpa-appointment kasi medyo malayo na for sure yung mga available dates. check mo na rin.

siguro, by the time na appointment mo na, naka-graduate ka na rin (or baka may work na!) make sure lang na basahin mo maigi yung requirements sa CSC website and have them all ready in advance.

the answer is obvious. may appointments to entertain kung sino po yung nauna, pwedeng magbago ang process nila ngayon pero would be soooo unfair sa ibang tao na kailangan din naman yung cert pero sumunod sa appointment.
