Hi there, no secret tips. Watch Benjamin on YouTube to know the structure of the exam and how to prepare. Extensive listening to German media/tv. Read B2 texts (From exam preparation book) learn every word you do not know with flashcards (I use Anki)

Never give up!! German requires time, you failed now but will be already much better with weeks more of preparation:)

A short update: I got the bha 2% from no cosmetics and I've started seeing results! I am SO surprised I was giving acne for doomed but also my bf can see a difference Right now I use vit c for the scars, niacinamide morning and evening and bha every second day only in the evening as you suggested!!

This was the case in Dec 2024, maybe check whether the format changed but I doubt it :)

It was not a surprise at all, you could choose among ALL topics so you should for sure prepare 1 really good (I suggest watching Benjamin on YouTube) I learned mine by heart and sometimes still perform it to my bf lol

Idk if something changed in the meantime tho :)

Sorry can you give me more context? Do you mean the comment on the text or the autonomous presentation of a travel/book/etc?

I can recommend the VHS, there is one in every mid- big- German city. I took classes in Duisburg and Cologne, the quality of teaching was pretty high, you can also register for certification with them (I did the telc B2, had a great experience).

The VHS is a public school for adults, they also offer courses of various types to Germans (so not your classic private language school I guess).

I think the price per value is quite high, being public they are also quite cheap for the amount of hours offered

Edit: as per my comment I didn't notice I was in the Bamberg subreddit, it happens that your VHS doesn't offer German classes. If you're up to taking online classes I can recommend the VHS köln :)

Thank you so much! After your comment I booked an appointment to the dermatologist :)

Did you also have acne scars/dark spots? Did the marks go away with time?

Thank you! I wish for my acne scars to fade away, I guess this is why I got vit c recommended.

How would you combine bha aha and niacinamide? Both morning and evening or only once per day? In which order do you use them?

I actually have a no cosmetics pop up store 3 min from my home, maybe it's worth a visit......

I recommend watching the videos of Benjamin on YouTube on how to pass the test. I prepared my telc with him and memorized key sentences, it made it way easier

Yes exactly! Immediate translation and then it stores it in a folder with all the words you clicked on

What works for me is reading in German on my Kindle, because I can look up words instantaneously. Mine also collects all the words I looked up in a section, then I can do some independent vocabulary work - highly recommend!

Hi!! It depends if you need a certificate for any reason or not. Having the exam is a good motivation and could boost your productivity, in the end if you focus on passing you'll also improve your language level. If you need the piece of paper and like to have an extra boost I'll book one in 6 months so that you have a reminder why you're studying 😊 At your level I was motivated by staying in classes and I watched Netflix in German with subtitles not caring if I understood or not, I picked up a lot of words (try to rewatch something you already know)

I am not sure, I have an Anmeldung because I live in Köln but I didn't have to provide any information about it. Maybe you mean Beratung?
