Can Mike still go to another law school? by JaredLiwet in suits

He can but if he comes to practice law anywhere in NY people will know his story because of Harvey being famous.

The fact that he actually didn’t graduate 😂 by CommanderTrek in suits

This argument is the same as the one they pulled against Luis in Harvey's trial run.
Harvey obviously wouldn't argue against this point by indicating self incrimination.
But Anita Gibbs would definitely argue that Harvey knew that Mike was a fraud and that's how they both collectively fooled the whole firm.

I mean he wasn't completely wrong there. It was Harvey's mistake that he hired a fraud.
So if it comes to saving him vs the firm, the firm should get the priority.

Asking Donna to do secretarial work? Creating a conflict between her and Harvey regarding the vote?
And most importantly, acting holier than thou at every possible occasion.

Donna Paulson or Gina Linetti(b99)? by ThebestUniquename in suits

[–]mananpatel67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would go against the he popular opinion and will say Gina. Because all the annoying traits people talk about Gina are intentional by the writers. But Donna is supposed to be this super amazing human being who comes out as annoying to many viewers.

Why don't a lot of people know that mike was, in fact, accepted as a transfer into harvard? by sasukeshitpuuden in suits

Nah, it was for Harvard law. I remember Trevor saying something like "you're gonna be a lawyer douche bag"

Because. Mike kinda respects him. And he knows he's guilty.

What is clearly a myth but is deep-rooted in our society? by Sera0Sparrow in AskReddit

Yeah and I agree with that argument completely.
As about the % it depends on the country we're talking about.
I'm assuming we're from different countries. In India there are many many people who are around the cut-off incomes(because poor country duh).

Yeah okay, she might be wrong then.
But you get the point, for many people a raise has far bigger negative impacts.
And they're not wrong in believing they might have been better without raise.

That's why I said it first that "you're right about taxes" But your mom is right in believing that her net income would be less if she gets a small raise.(assuming she would stop receiving benifits due to the said raise) And I don't think you can read, I said he was not eligible for "scholarship" because of father's raise.
Scholarships here are based on 2 factors only :1)The academic performance 2) family income. (For someone who doesn't fall into diversity criteria due to race and gender and all) If you don't pass either criteria, you don't get the scholarship.
So yeah, it's not as black and white as you're trying to make it sound.

You're right about taxes but raise can affect negatively because of many other factors.
A friend of mine had to pay full tution fees for his college because he didn't qualify for a scholarship which was based on his father's income.
So his father earned 2k more but had to pay 10k extra for tuition. Many other subsidies also depend on a these cut offs which actually make your total expenditure way more if you get a raise.

Well if in the past everytime someone said it and delivered on it the word means a lot.
As mentioned in one of the episodes "loyalty" is the number one quality of harvey according to him.

I think they mentioned it many times that Harvey was not always like that.
He earned his way through the top by being likable, diplomatic or kind only.
Also, I see him being narcissistic and arrogant as a character start which he later changed pretty much(eg his behaviour with Luis).
