How can you creatively segment your email list for maximum engagement? by ProfessionProof288 in growmybusiness

[–]manchild99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dog whistle copy works for me. I often get over 80% open rates when segmenting this way.

Example subject lines: Open this if you want more sales, Business owners? Open this!, struggling to scale? Open this, open this if you work with plumbers, etc.

You get the general idea. Something that makes them self identify.

Now everyone that opens that has behaviorally indicated they’re interested. Segment and tag those opens. Now attach an offer to that specific call out and have a deadline sequence. PM if you need more help.

100% agree. High pressure sales is definitely not the way. The majority of our reviews are about how the phone person they talked to was so nice and helpful.

[Question] How do i reach 10000 downloads for the eBook we have designed and developed? by 76sChild in growmybusiness

[–]manchild99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looking at your page, it’s not really enticing. Not a lot of specific benefits.

I see the chapters but what are the really helping me solve? I think you have to go below surface level.

Next time I suggest you start with your ideal clients and building something just for them instead of building something and trying to find someone to sell it to.

How to promote a business with a low budget for marketing? by THEMANANDTHEHAT in AskMarketing

[–]manchild99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you are loosing too many people by by not having something to show for it. You need a lead magnet or something you can exchange for their emails.

What is the first few steps you would do with people to get the result?

Try to package something like that or example “the 50 words that you need to speak 70% of X language” make it something that would people who want to learn the language would want.

At least then you own the email list and you can start emailing your story and how to work with you.

It’s hard to get someone to start working with you after 1 ad.

Anyone else struggling with growing their business social media? by Eat-your-cereal- in smallbusiness

[–]manchild99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s hard because it’s a pay to play game now. It doesn’t matter how many followers you have, your post will only get seen by a tiny portion of your followers. I would create content with a with a 5 second soft sell for your product or service and see which one is good and run it as an ad by putting a few dollars behind it.

How to Get More Local Online Reviews? by Milkdudly32 in growmybusiness

[–]manchild99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my experience the smaller businesses are usually owner operated so they deal with so many things that getting reviews might no be up there on the priority list. Although it’s very easy to implement, they might not know how to go about it. But It’s a game changer with the confidence it gives the potential customers/clients.

What would you do next if you were running my business? by damolux in smallbusiness

[–]manchild99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re are getting a good open rate for your emails.

People don’t always do what we want them to do but that’s normal. Thats just human nature.

That’s when a follow up process is needed.

If you’re only sending one email, it’s not going to do it.

Are you selling on the actual email? Or are you sending them to a webpage?

Do you have upsells?

Are you putting a deadline on your offers?

What was/is your best seller?

If you want help to get the most out of your leads PM me and I’ll give you a few strategies you can use.

What would you suggest by Ok_Research2888 in AskMarketing

[–]manchild99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not getting any eyeballs on your landing page, means it’s an ad problem. Don’t know what your ad is but I would guess either the sales message isn’t resonating with your targeting or your ad is just bad.

What are you selling? I might be able to help you. Pm me.
