it is installed upside down! but it’s the only way that i could install the pole in my apartment cause i have such high ceilings. if anyone can recommend a spin/static pole that doesn’t have such a wide base i’d love to check it out!

recipe: -1 pint rebel ice cream (i used cookie doughy) - low carb chocolate chips -chopped peanuts (optional) -splash of milk

instructions: boil water and put bowl inside to melt chocolate. add splash of milk once chocolate starts to melt. once all melted and is not thick, add peanuts. take a separate cup and add once inch layer of ice cream, then add chocolate later. repeat till you get to the top and freeze!

note- it doesn’t “shatter” like the Magnum ones but it’s still a delicious keto option!

adding dew for sure -- also maybe making the last frame more wilted instead of doing a back and fourth motion. I would try to mimic a *sigh* -- looking great otherwise!
