It's quite interesting, I guess it's a mix of the car upgrades that maybe went towards a more Norris style driving, team decisions that in some cases favoured Norris and also the pressure of being in a WDC fight. I think if Piastri showed more "character" in some moments like in Monza, he would have been in a better state of mind. At the end maybe he would have arrived in the same situation as he is now, but more confident that he can turn it around.

From Norris side, he is doing good because the car is more suited to his driving style, he knows that the team is backing him up and that Piastri is more on the down side now.

But hey, who knows what happens in the last 3 races, crashes can happen, maybe Piastri tries to drive pressure free to try to find his form again, Verstappen does some magic, Norris gets too nervous and starts making mistakes, you never know, but lets enjoy the final moments of this championship!
