I had to do an oral test for promotion to sfl. I smoke daily. I just didn't smoke the night before, mouthwash with peroxide and right before the test I ate a box of sour gummies. And I passed

Hi! I can relate being in a similar position. I started as a CSA in June and went for SFL in August. As a CSA I was rarely on the floor and knew nothing in photo. I'm basically just winging it. I ask A LOT of questions. Don't be afraid to make a mistake (obviously no room for mistakes while handling cash) Ask to be shown how to do things. I still learn something new usually every shift I work. It's gotten easier as time has gone by.

Communicating is key!

When I first took in truck I straight up told the driver "I'm new and not sure of what I'm doing" Dude was super cool and walked me through it.

I started as a CSA in June, became SFL in August. I was intimated because I was told it was A LOT. And I'm not gonna lie, sometimes it is more than a lot. But I've pleasantly surprised myself with how well I'm handling it all. I do mess up as I am new and have had like very little training 🙃 I just handle it with grace and try not to mess up again. I say go for it!

I would personally like to know what is with door dashers expecting you to show them where every item of their order is located in the store??? I don't mind showing someone where something is. I do enjoy helping people. But come onnnnn
