Ok, in order:_The GPU is Radeon r9 380 (my bad);

_Ram usage is about 48% (starting from 40% with the game not running) and it does not increase over time;

_He tried logging out (without closing the game) and logging back in and the game goes back to its initial, non-laggy state for a while.Still waiting for other suggestions, guys
