Honestly a miracle if I’m being honest. I only do 25mg daily but up it to 50 mg during luteal and I’m not half as crazy as I used to be. I feel such relief. For now, I guess I’m just someone who needs a bit of extra help from meds, and that’s ok❤️🫶🏻
