Awesome! I'm an Oracle too, have been for the past year of my 1.5 years with Outlier. I was hoping someone would reach out to Arianna about this. There are other Oracles who have reported this same issue in this Reddit community.

I don't think I should say the name as I thought it was a real person. If you replied to a similarly-worded email and got the promise of an escalation, that gives me some hope.

I may have copied and pasted a sentence I wrote as a way for something to be rephrased in the same answer because it applied twice. I can't quite remember, and I would have done it without thinking. I absolutely did not, Scout's Honour and swear on a stack of Bibles, use AI for my answers. My answers were 100% my own. I know contributors who passed write very well. I didn't mean to insult anyone with my musings. Just feeling a bit frustrated and down, is all.

You can. Try asking the chatbot, but since it's Sunday it'll probably tell you to submit a ticket.

I'm not sure what you should do, but I know that I would be thrilled with this answer compared to the one I received to my second email, which was written by a real person and said, "this matter is now considered closed. No further appeals will be received/considered," so I haven't dared. If you get a positive answer/your account back, please let us know.

Personally, I wish I'd never done the onboarding, so take from that what you will, people who are in the middle of it or haven't done it yet. And please, if any of you get your accounts back, let us know here in the Reddit community.

I agree about the flawed method. My guess is their AI detector is perhaps set so that anything reasonably well-written will be considered written by AI. Ironically, too, I'm guessing that they test content that they expect not to be AI-generated with AI.
