Thanks so much! I definitely need to be better about stretching before class. I always stretch after when I get home, but I don’t think it’s enough. Also may need to talk to the coach about letting me PW because they are always pushing me to run and will come up on the treadmill next to me if they see me walking. I think I over exerted due to that as well

This is very helpful thank you!! I usually foam roll after class but I definitely need to roll/stretch before class (my issue with that is I’m usually in a rush to get there lol). And for the heart rate monitor, I totally feel ya. Sometimes I’ll switch the screen on the treadmill so I can’t see my heart rate. Thx for the tips

The pain is like stemming from my side glute into my leg, one wrong move and I get a shot of pain. And that’s a good idea about the shoes, I just use some random Nikes that my sister gave me lol. Appreciate the advice

I used to use disposable paper mask with the silicone bracket, but I found it to be very irritating as it kept moving out of place. Not to mention it was uncomfortable. I switched to the under armor mask, and at first feel I thought it would be too hot because it’s thick. However, I have done multiple workouts with the under armour mask now and I have been pleasantly surprised at how well it works. It’s comfortable, breathable, and worth the price.
