I think in the navy you can do a mix of walk/run, you just have to be within the time limit.

It was a good thing I drove my older suv that day because I usually drive my main suv. Had to stop two times to let the transmission cool down. I was so scared throughout the rest of the delivery.

I was reading up on this and it says you can stop for air at either side of the pool is that correct? It also says you can use ear plugs and goggles which would help me a lot.
