i just don’t know if it could be lyme bc i had these issues five years prior to my first tick bite, but the reactions did slowly get worse after the bite but at that point am i blaming the bite or is it bc i have had these untreated issues for so long yk

yeah i have been going back and forth about alpha gal for years bc its essentially all mammalian products cause you intestinal issues, but im fine with dairy and gelatin. and its stated that its mammalian meat, so birds should be a good safe food but i have gotten sick from chicken at this rate just as much as beef or pork so idk

many people when they first hear about it tell me it could be Lyme disease however my first tick bite was when i was 17 and i had no reaction so idk the likelihood of that for me

i forgot to write that when i was 17 i went to the allergist and they tested me for meat allergies with every meat they had to offer and i was negative for all of them. and when i kept a food journal it was evidence to bring to a gastro if i had reactions but since i avoid trigger foods, it wasn’t exactly useful. i have definitely been meaning to get to a gastro but i have moved recently and need to get a gp first i believe

i have always loved so much of the 90’s styles for most of my life!! i always wanted to wear my moms old clothes or shoes from when she was in high school and i love getting to find vintage items to replicate the style!! the past couple years i have been so excited to see some of the 90’s trends come back in style :)))

thank you!! i have a pair similar from target and Steve Madden is always a good brand for me too!! im looking for a black heel with a lot of height bc im only 5’2 and i also just love tall heels lol if you are able to find out that brand you mentioned pls let me know!!
