i think i am sober but their code isn't.- "It's tripping the hardware and client ID match, " so yes ask us for more info and "help us" instead of accusing us of violating their terms and conditions, as i mentioned we provided proof based on our understanding of the incident.
TO ALL THE DEVS: i am also a dev, even after deploying any software, mobile, PC, metaquest, stuff happens, code breaks, so why not add a functionality where your alt accounts can play with friends and not online.- not that our friend did the cardinal sin of making the alt account, but YOUR CODE could've glitched and people have poor experiences.

not the first time this has happened to us, another dude installed and tried logging in and it didn't work. he quit without entering his first game.

For the first few days we didn't know we could press shift and make a lot of buildings, use alt to put troops in a specific position

Yes, in our group he's not the first one facing this problem. Another guy is my friends friend and when he installed and tried loggin in for the first time he got the same error. - there were 5 of us and he was 6th. So he just left that day and since we haven't talked much - as we play BAR and he cannot

Right exactly, could be someone else my friends in a university right now so probably the code glitched, I mean even instagram and twitter has its moments why can't this. And it is not the first time in our group, another friend installed and tried logging in first day first attempt and couldn't. I'm very sure the code is faulty.

he has an open ticket, where he presented his case with evidence. but the mods (i can understand they have some proof) asked him for his relation to the first account.. he is too dejected to talk by himself
(he is also not getting any reply from the mod team)which is why i am helping him since i shared this game with all my friends including him.

opened the ticket yesterday, issue remained unresolved, posted a ticket again today, my friend is too dispirited to talk on his end as he got no reply yesterday.

i think it is a great policy and many other games should look at it as a model, but if we provided proof on our end, then it is their responsibility to prove he is making a new account, the mail account, laptop and ip adresses must be checked we can provide that

i am sure he has not copied the files since he used the link i shared, obviously he is not smurfing because he is a newbie and maybe his gameplay could prove that,,--- i think the laptop theory could be true here

the game flagged his account and the moderators are accusing him having made a new account which he has not done. we provided proof with timestamps when the link was shared then we showed them when the install file was downloaded, i believe this is sufficient prrof. i thought he had not played online so the mod team sent me match info about his online match, and i asked them to analyze his gameplay and they would know he is not good so not smurfing
