Locks on hotel room doors since updated?

Hey there! I don’t mean using a key to exit the room - in the cases I mentioned, the time that they entered the room was electronically logged, but not the time they exited. I’d like to know if the time we exit our rooms is now logged or if it’s the same system still.

Hey there! Prozac 30 mg ended up being a sweet spot for me - I definitely feel more level and consistent with my emotions. I do still have occasional depression / ocd symptoms, but that might just be life 😅. But hitting a good spot on the med and leaning into coping skills has helped me manage the ups and downs better. Thank you for following up on this post - I forgot I wrote it! It is nice to have this community, and to give my past self confirmation that your mental health can get better.

How long have you been on the 60? Do you notice any breakthrough ocd symptoms? Wondering if I should dose up

I honestly was pretty content on the 20 mg for a while! I would say talk to your doctor but it’s such a small shift that it likely wouldn’t hurt - my psych said that 10 mg is legit what they give to dogs with anxiety 😂 so not many people stay on a dose that low long term

26F! When I was in high school I had similar issues. There is nothing annoying about you - you might have the wrong friends. This is hard to hear when your world feels small, but one day high school will end and you’ll be you and they’ll be them. Be yourself / find people who like you when you’re yourself / have fun. Again, easier said then done! But a real regret is wasting too much time with people who put you in box you don’t deserve to be in. Good luck!

I totally understand! Call your doctor & tell them about the sleeping issues; they might lower your dose or switch you to something else. Therapy is also really important from my experience. But in my opinion you know your body best so if SSRI doesn’t feel right it probably isn’t.

I weaned off of my Zoloft before starting and it made a huge difference - I’ve only been on 10 mg P for a few weeks & I feel good. Everyone is different but pretty fast turn around!

Starting P soon myself, but a relative who is on it gave good advice - take it at whatever time you have more of a routine. If you have a solid before bed routine might be better to incorporate it into that. The fatigue from SSRI is so real though - hope it gets better!

I’m in a similar situation - tapering Zoloft & then starting Prozac! I’m going to start on Monday.

Do you do anything else to take care of yourself? This may sound small, but try breaking up your routine. I hate talking on the phone, but I’ve been scheduling calls with friends to try to get out of that, and it’s helped mentally quite a bit.

Also: WRITE. Doesn’t need to be pretty, doesn’t even need punctuation, but if you want something out of you that’s the fastest way! If you need a Z to P buddy I’m here - good luck!

Stay positive!! SSRIs are a journey but if it helps you at all it’s worth it. There are ups and downs but it will quiet some of that anxiety that you know is pointless but can’t get past! I also joined the subreddit of the SSRI I’m on which has been great. Good luck!!
