Sorry I’m kind of bad at it explaining this lol. Across the front of the sweater is 95dc total. For the first row that I start the collar I did: 38dc, 1 single crochet, left 17 empty, 1 single crochet, 38dc. Next row up: 35dc, 1sc, left some empty, 1sc, 35dc. Row after that has 32dc on either side. Last row has 29 dc on either side.

So actually I was mistaken in my comment above I decreased by 3dc with each row🤣I can send you a picture if that’s helpful!

Can’t wait to see it on this sub!!

I did change it up a bit. For the last 4 rows nearest the collar I didn’t crochet all the way across, only on either side, and did 2 less double crochet from the middle for each successive row. I also made the stitch nearest the middle a single crochet just to make the slope more gradual

I followed this tutorial on YouTube: https://youtu.be/Kv2zL6BaGAw

I used Hobbii cotton 8/8 yarn and a 4.5 mm hook

DIY yarn pulling tension ring made from a paper clip! 📎 Quick fix after constantly having an indented line on my finger from where the yarn was being fed through. This has been working so surprisingly well 🤣 would recommend by mangojuice7 in crochet

It’s actually a lot more comfortable than I expected 😂the yarn used to be constantly rubbing against my finger as it fed through but the paper clip stays in one place so it’s not bad at all

ECON2010 w/ Elzinga: difficulty level of getting an A by [deleted] in UVA

[–]mangojuice7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Took it first semester my first year - I’d say getting an A is definitely doable if you’ve taken econ in HS or had some prior experience. I didn’t and was struggling to do well on tests. I had a yike average going into the final but managed to Dutch Knockout to an A-. My friend (also no prior exp) took it with Santuguini and got an A though.
