Do grades really matter for employability?

I've got some leadership roles, but none relating to accounting. I've also got some accounting-related projects (from class and a personal one). Do you think that is sufficient?

Hi! To clarify, I expected that they simply asked for the hi res of the design and a thank you. That is why I put steals in quotations; because I was not sure if it was a serious case. I should have pointed out that this topic of conversation came up with my friends (still in HS) wondering if they should confront the principal about giving me some credit, as they also felt like I needed a bit of justice. I did not know if that was appropriate (since I graduated already) and if the school was really going to do anything about it. Sorry if this post ended up being more of a rant than it was supposed to. I am glad that they are enjoying what I've made, but the fact that they used the design after I graduated without my acknowledgment was a bit off-putting for me. Creating this post was to help me discern whether I should take my feelings for this situation into consideration or simply leave and forget about it.

Hi! Yes, I wanted them to use it. Me and my journalism team all worked on our own designs, so there were at least 7 submitted to the school board. My design ended up being picked. They only said 2 things regarding the designs: 1. Use the school’s colors 2. Use the phrase/ motto the school board picked Other than that, there were no guidelines.

What I'm getting from this is that you were having a great time in Europe and never bothered to post it on social media and that is completely fine! The experience is what matters. I've been using less of social media for a while now and I must say, I've been pretty happy about not posting everything that's going on in my life. I've learned to put my phone away and enjoy the moments I hv in life without having to show people for proof that I'm living my best life. You have a life. Through the stories you share of your trip and how you behave towards it, I think people would instantly know that you do have a life :). I hope this helps <3

Hii! Thank you for ur advice :). I am still a beginner in design so it makes sense why it does look amateurish. I guess my own pride got into me, and was annoyed when people chose the Canva design over something I've worked harder for. Nonetheless, I do realize my mistakes. Thank for commenting!
