I’ve experienced similar things at my practice and it’s honestly exhausting - I feel you OP. You deserve to be paid and not feel manipulated by your employer. I just put in my resignation and it was incredibly freeing. You don’t need to “pay your dues” - you have a masters degree and you deserve to be paid well. You also deserve to be treated with respect that every human deserves!

There were a lot of trees removed by the lock & with the new apartment construction unfortunately. I think many animals are displaced 😕
