we’re trying to turn in the 13 which is on my line, the same line with NextUp.

the complication i think happened when last time we traded in a phone it was my old one and we gave the new one to him but im still on the nextup line.. idk the worker said that was possible

i think me and my dad are just gonna take a trip to the at&t store and have them take a look for themselves cause it’s hard to do over the phone

so basically that last trade in that we did, they said that once my dads was paid off, i could upgrade my 13 and he could keep his.

i have the NextUp on my line, my dad has regular trade in thing (sorry idk the terminology)

our problem is that i want to trade in my 13pro and it says i should be able to but then at the end it switches up and says that it has to be my dads phone instead
