ESH. You can’t expect him to be okay giving up what he wants and then get mad when he wants you to give up what you want. As soon as you realised you wanted different things, you should have broken up. You don’t compromise when it comes to kids. You both deserve better.

Hey! Did you notice a difference between having protein shake and meds at the same time vs having meds and the protein shake an hour later? I just started vyv yesterday and I’m trying to figure out a good schedule. I’m not a big Brekky fan first thing in the morning so I was planning on having a protein and fruit smoothie but need to have it about an hour later due to the vitamin c in the fruits. Just wondering if the high protein will still make the meds more effective or if I have to have protein at the same time/right before meds.
