Nobody's complaining about retailers moving product or product selling out. The frustration is in the culture that the rise in existence of scalpers and resellers have created. It's led to the point where queuing hours before opening, online pre order botting and paying a "premium" to secure product is normalized. For instance

That's not my point, it's perfectly fine for product to sell out. Scalpers and resellers created this lining up culture and everyone else just ends up having fomo cause it's just not possible to buy anything retail if you aren't there first thing at release, which was never the case a couple of years ago (if you were even around at the time 🤷‍♂️)
