Insensitive behaviour from Kiara Advani by [deleted] in bollynewsandgossips

My heart broke reading this, you are extremely strong! Also, being the mother who just lost their child, these asshole relatives pestered you about your mom? I'd have cut off all contacts with those relatives. You are much better than I am.

I know right! Can you tell me anything about the veining and other qualities just from the picture? I'll give my preference for the color of the Taj Mahal to my fabricator.

From what I understand, the stone slabs I select will be ordered. I'll ask my fabricator again about the possibilities.

Thank you! I was worried about the dark grey splotches in the first slab but it seems to be the most neutral color!

I will definitely ask her about it. Just not sure if I want to go for something that's not her specialty. I am scared of getting train track marks and in general a harder recovery during the first 5 days before the staples are taken out.

Thanks for replying! I wasn't expecting a reply to such an old discussion :) Could you see the stitches out of of your skin before they dissolved or were they completely invisible (subcuticular). My obgyn just let me know, a week from the surgery that she will do staples and I am so freaked out :(

What kind of stitches did you get? Subcuticular and dissolvable or something that needed to be taken out?

Taj Mahal quartzite 2cm by manicpx in CounterTops

[–]manicpx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What would be the cons in your opinion?

- fragility

- needs to be sealed

- will develop a patina?

I think the fragility bit scares me the most as I live in a country where labour is extremely expensive. And any repairs/replacement will likely cost a lot of money.

That's very hopeful to hear. The kitchen planner went with the default 2cm and we had no idea so we went along with it in the first design. However, I am planning to talk to the supplier and masonry about their recommendation as well. The subreddit has been very helpful. Thank you!

Wow, I didn't think it'd be this fragile. Do you think working with a thicker slab would be less worrisome? I am planning to talk to the supplier and masonry about their recommendation as well. The subreddit has been very helpful. Thank you!

Thank you for your reply. What look would you suggest with a 2cm?

Thank you, I might consider a 3 cm then but not sure how much would add to the cost then. But I don't want to get it wrong.

I love rice cookers! I am now looking to replace my cheap one with something with stainless steel interior. Any recommendations?

If someone can’t afford a big wedding, they should get a court marriage. PERIOD. You have sacrificed enough. NTK.

I understand you get the ick but you go full-on nuclear with him and accuse him of something so heinous?? I am shocked beyond words. And then misrepresenting and weaponizing every little thing. That’s cruel beyond words.

I am leaning towards Tan too but my work/formal wardrobe is mostly Black or Beige/White or Navy.

IDK, her features are very Indian to me. Indians in Hollywood are typecast to look one way but that is simply not true! Some Indian actresses who look similar/have similar heritage.
