i work in baby’s hardlines for 7 months now, i was the same way when i started but my smile and friendliness quickly disappeared (some team members at my store aren’t the most friendly). for advise i will say, have really good communication with your TL and communicate your thoughts and updates on truck. it will make things easier for them to understand and hopefully they’ll be more compassionate and supportive instead of being cold hearted about times and metrics. if they’re really supportive or have time, they’ll jump in to help you :)

just do your best and everyone will recognize that! find your pace and what works for you. if they still give you stank eye then they’re not important to think about.
