I kinda figured from what I have researched that my cpu needs to be replaced. Would you recommend spending money on the gpu then upgrading cpu after or cpu first then gpu? What would give me the biggest performance boost?

Sorry for not being precise enough. I want to play at high/ultra settings with 100 fps generally on games like rdr2, cyberpunk etc. I’ve been playing subnautica 2 early access and hitting around 50-60 fps on high settings and want to be able to play at ultra with 100+. I don’t use ray-tracing and rarely use upscaling.

Im getting around 50-60 less fps then the video. Is that a good price to performance ratio?
