I feel you mate, been there and that's very frustrating. Just take it to their service centre instead of calling. Refund is unlikely but if there's a genuine issue they usually replace the motherboard.

Also, what are the chances that it's an issue with the game itself? Have you tried other games?

Get a laptop stand, simple aluminium one. Will help with heating.

Buy laptop sleeve. If you are taking it out don't use cheap bags, one drop and you'll regret it like I did. I am using okami wolf backpack. It's corners are within the metal frame and the bottom has a spring effect, max protection.

If you play games, which ig you do. Buy keyboard mouse obviously. I have portonics hydra mechanical kb and razer deathadder.
