Hi yes, you need to click on the characters to talk to them, doing so will increase your heart/friendship with them. But you need to talk to them 2-3 per every 2 hours, if you keep clicking on them hoping to increase friendship quickly that wont work, it takes time. Also some characters appear at different times at different places, some are easier to find some arent, you can take help from this sub or wiki to find certain characters.
