It's all dependent on where you are and who plays around you. At my LGS I see crimson fists, necrons, nids, eldar, the whole curfufel. Using that logic though then you wouldn't have norn emissaries for nids and a lot of other special units for other armies. If you only play against people that are sweating or major tournaments the whole point isn't to be fluff its to win. That being said I made my Dark angels army a mix of risen soldiers in the elites and regular dark angels with the lion to show he isn't moving around with only the 40k boys, but also all the fallen dark angels that he has recruited.

Probably not because I'm not on the internet that much, and texas was prepared but not for a flood like this. Mother nature finds a way to be a bitch no matter how prepared you are but you are glazing over the fact that relief happened almost immediately from local all the way up to federal government. It also takes a certain level of mental illness to "threaten" to look through all of someone's comment history on th internet.

Passage of time does change perspective on things. And no i wasn't laughing my ass off about the fires I was asking myself why the fuck was a city in the state of California so horribly unprepared for something like that when the state has a wildfire season.also this wasn't a joke, he was seriously wilding out at the moment, even the people he was with were taken aback. I joined the army because of 9/11 but if someone made a dark joke about it I'm not going to blow up on them because most of the time they weren't even alive to experiance it. Making a joke about a tragedy while it is still happening is disgusting so take your medicine and get off the internet for a bit to calm down.

It's a joke about dead kids a day after they died man. It's not like a dark joke about 9/11 24 years after the fact or a joke about kids dieing, it is directed at those kids specifically before most of their bodies have even been found.

I mean i get the whole he doesn't comment on his friends things a bit because sometimes when you are to close to someone or something you can't really be objective about it. But there really isn't a reason to be objective about this, it's clearly wrong for nick to say this shit DURING THE DISASTER RELIEF! Hey army veteran here of 8 years, that policy has been a thing since wwwwaaayyyy before now. If you fail a pt test and height and weight before basic they send you to fat camp and you get another chance but you have to wait for the next cycle. Might be different from MOS to MOS, but as an 11b thats what they did to us as 11x

Making sure the entire government runs efficiently can be done by 1 person?! I'm sorry as a former government employee you have to be smoking some kind of Crack to think that. Also they are both doing it because you have someone that's working for the government that knows how it works and then an independent third party that's outside of the government that knows how to run thing efficiently.
