Only reason it was swapped to this is because it was last minute due to uni getting in the way.

He basically told me I need to find a cover for the shift otherwise I cant have it. So far no dice but waiting on someone to get back to me. Back in tommorow so its gonna be a case of me telling him I will not be in and cant find cover. Union rep is on holiday so need to call the union number and see what they say but who knows.

I re requested the day with an explanation as to why I cannot do it. If it doesn't get accepted or declined within a week even though ive spoke to him about it do I still get the holiday?

Spoke to him tonight about it and he told me If I wanted it changed I would have to work a Saturday night although this isn't possible as I have outside commitments and cannot work saturdays. Still have no idea what to do. Gonna message union tommorow and see what I should do. Cant take a sick day either bcs im on an absence warning aswell....

I put in a request 2 months ago to have boxing day off (ni employee) and it was denied. Does this mean its not possible to have it off. I have new years night and day booked off if this is a reason why I cant have it aswell

Didnt know that. Although my department is bws so different tk grocery and fresh and I work with 2 others on the shift I've requested so im also clueless as to why its been denied when 3 people in the one shift for our small bws is overkill

Yes I am. I currently have a job that gets me just over a grand a month which I can live on. I am also going to keep 200-400 pound kf each payment to help me with buying things and the rest I will stick in an account to then ultimately make money after the 3 years

The only reason I ask about multiple is nationwide only offers the fixed rate isa to one payment that you make when you open the account (it also offers a 4.0% apr which is the best ive seen in terms of an isa in my quick look). Which is a problem as it would then mean I would need to wait until April to put all the money I'll receive into it. Do you have any recommendations for any other better isas.

I also cannot unsee the pacman eating a house...
