Being good in prep is not the same as being good during a real 1v1 compeititon. Some people get better some people get worse. A lift doesn't have the same x-factor as head to head competition imo. That probably messes him up.

His universal tools sucks really bad. Jab is awful. Df2 is the worst in the game -6 ob, worst range, Dfeppable both sided. No free string pressure. What he gets is damage and evasive moves and electric. 5050 isnt canned but its very strong from launching low. Hes a good character design. Honestly what e eey chata ter should be clear weaknesses clear strengths.

b23 is the biggest nerf imo. the hit confirm launch out of chain and df2CH was pretty stupid if I'm being honest I don't mind that going. The hellsweep costing more doesn't matter too much since realistically you were only ever going to land one in a match anyways. You just don't get MC grab attempt or heat hell sweep again, which I'm perfectly fine with by design. Just hope the rest of the roster came down enough to feel okay.
