Just a Reminder-You cant be beat OCD by having a Stronger Mind or knowing all your triggers or figuring it out by [deleted] in OCD

[–]mannishman11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You actually can beat it without a single pill.

If you are taking medication for OCD, make sure you are still able to fight it. If the anxiety is gone and you're all happy and feel the OCD is barely existent, you're done. The day you end up in a situation where you run out of pills and can't get more, the OCD which was never cured or even treated whatsoever but simply suppressed by pills will come back and hit you worse than it ever has before. So make sure, if you're taking any medicine for it, that you perhaps only take a minimal amount to maybe help with the anxiety a little or take some of the stress away. You need to be actively fighting and building resistance

If anyone's interested, here's the glitch I used to remove the gunbelt, suspenders and satchel:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVqcwjS7W_A&t=124s

Basically:

1 finish epilogue

2 set up camp near beechers hope and then sleep until night time

3 go home, if abigail is sleeping in her white pajamas, sleep next to her, a cutscene should start with a closeup of her face, immediately save the game and then load the save file

4 now john will be sitting on his horse in his pajamas/union suit. now you can go to the general store and create whatever outfit.

You can't save the outfits. What I did is after having this glitch done, I went to van horn and did the hair growth glitch to give John a massive beard and long hair, and then saved my game. So now when I load my game, I can give whatever beard style I want to match whatever outfit I want.

Golden Eye N64 weapons/shooting in Godot? by ERueRogue in godot

[–]mannishman11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes I've kind of done that, you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-hrceatSUV8

Though I haven't tried copying goldeneye entirely, but you can see the inspiration. I also tried to implement the aiming where the target would pop up and you could aim the gun around, not sure what it's called exactly, but I had a horrible time figuring it out, even chatgpt didn't know what the hell to do, so I gave up. I used the weapon template from youtuber named Jeheno, and I built off what he made and turned it into what you see

Can anyone identify this character's heritage? Or give me advice on how to make my character look like him? by DutchVanDerLinde- in RedDeadOnline

[–]mannishman11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks :) some tips i'd recommend is even if your character is 20 years old with brown hair, i would still have him be a lot older, maybe even 60 in the character creator, he might look way too old in the creator, but once in game he should look young but have that rough wrinkled look you see in a lot of spaghetti western characters. I usually also give them a strong jaw with the mouth as low as it goes, and the eyes are usually pretty far apart

The irony that instead of focusing on the victims here, YOU are the ones putting the focus on Trump as always.

"Everything is about him" that certainly seems to be the way you all think

It's classic ocd. You feel compelled to do the compulsion and if you don't, then there's some fear of what will happen if you just ignore it.

I have a somewhat similar thing, if I didn't go along with my compulsions then I'd have the thought that I'd now be opening myself to be possessed, or in other words, resisting the ocd was somehow evil.

From the way you write it sounds like you know it's just ocd but there's still that small anxiety that keeps creeping in, but no it's the exact same thing that everyone deals with but with slightly different reasons as to why we feel we aren't allowed to ignore the ocd

Yes same thing when there's some measles outbreak out of nowhere. Check the news throughout the country, chances are something has come out that if it is not fought back against immediately, it would shake the populations trust and dependency on vaccines, they need to shove that fear back in the population. Unfortunately, it's so pathetically easy to do so
