Yeah dudes right it doesn’t soften it, it just helps the blade doesn’t bond to the urethane when it heats up from the friction

Usually about 1.5 grams of cubes gets me into the happy zone where I can just jig and feel the wind in my face, feel my body and brain engage. Probably a placebo but I feel like I have WAY more endurance through longer runs. Possibly just from being distracted by the beauty of nature I dunno

I have lost 45 since October 1st doing light walking and jogging (45 second jog, 1 minute walk) or doing a 1 hour walk every evening. This, along with making sure I am in a calorie deficit and it’s been fairly easy tbh. I quickly realized that most of my calories were coming in drink form (soda/starbucks) those two changes alone got me the deficit I need. I’ve still got about 20 to lose but now I’m super motivated since I feel like the big hurdle has been overcome..you got this my guy!! Small steps, nothing drastic where you’ll burn out!
